Monday - Convict Conditioning day 1 & Rest
Tuesday - Running Day 1
Wednesday - Kettlebell Day 1 (working up to 500 swings)
Thursday - Convict Conditioning day 2 + walk 2-3 miles
Friday - Running Day 2
Saturday - Kettlebell Day 2
Sunday - Running Day 3
